Because of a overflow of drawings, due to lifelong drawing. I’ve decided to create artist books. I have been collecting inspiring images for all my life, they were stored in folders next to these drawings. In the artist books I make combinations with them. Still the artist books are brute and raw; I have no aesthetic goals, while making them. The only idea was to give all these images and drawings a place and clear my storage. But the artist books became my main activity. Along with the artist books I’ve started to ‘re-author’ existing books that are abandoned. Slowly a whole new range of books are being created:
